Payment Terms
Wedding Videography
1) Deposit:
To secure the date for your wedding videography services, a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total agreed-upon Fee (as defined in Section 2) is due upon signing this Agreement.
Payment of the deposit shall be made by check, Zelle, or credit card.
The deposit will be applied to the final payment due under Section 2.
2) Final Payment:
The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the Fee is due 3 days prior to the Wedding Date.
Payment of the final balance shall be made by check, Zelle, or credit card.
In the event of a credit card transaction for the final payment, a 3.5% transaction fee will be added to the Fee.
3) Late Payment:
Any payment not received by the due date shall be considered late.
A late fee of six percent (6%) of the outstanding balance will be assessed for each 3 days the payment is overdue.
Pan Visuals reserves the right to withhold services until the outstanding balance and any late fees are paid in full.
4) Cancellation:
Client Cancellation:
If the Client cancels the Agreement after the deposit is paid, fifty percent (50%) of the deposit will be retained by Pan Visuals as liquidated damages.
If the Client cancels 30 days or more before the Wedding Date, Pan Visuals will refund the remaining balance minus any administrative fees.
Videographer Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that Pan Visuals is unable to fulfill the services due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments made will be issued to the Client.
5) Additional Fees:
Any additional services requested by the Client beyond the scope of this Agreement will be subject to additional fees to be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
6) Invoicing:
Pan Visuals will issue an invoice for the deposit and the final payment.
The invoice will clearly state the due date for each payment.
